Types of Belief Statements 

* There are an unlimited number of beliefs that a person can be balanced for using PSYCH-K™. 

* If a person states a belief statement and they muscle test strong, that means that their subconscious mind agrees with the statement. 

* If a person states a belief statement and they muscle test weak, that means that their subconscious mind does not agree with the statement. 

* In order to balance the unconscious mind with the belief statement, a PSYCH-K™ Facilitator uses a specific protocol to determine which PSYCH-K™ Balance is to be used to bring the subconscious mind into agreement with a specific belief statement. 

* It is important to emphasize what you choose to believe or choose to experience in your life. Therefore, the belief statements that the client comes up with are the most appropriate and most powerful statements to be balanced.



Below, you will be able to see sample of suggested belief statements associated with each of the seven categories. In addition, you can also make up your own belief statements or goals.

Health/Body – Sample Belief Statements

* I accept health as being a natural part of my life.
* My body heals itself, naturally and quickly.
* I take care of my physical body in healthy and loving ways.
* I trust my body to achieve and maintain its ideal weight.
* I am a good person and deserve to have a healthy body.
* I love and accept my body as it is and as it changes.

Prosperity – Sample Belief Statements

* I trust myself to manage money honestly and sensibly.
* It is okay for me to make mistakes with money.
* Money is one expression of my spirituality and my love for God, myself and   others.
* I am calm and confident when I have money.
* I deserve to have all the money I need.
* I am worth the money I receive.

Personal Power – Sample Belief Statements

* I trust the decisions I make.
* I trust Divine guidance I am receiving.
* I acknowledge my ability and responsibility to make a positive difference in the world.
* I actively embrace the opportunities that come with change.

Relationships – Sample Belief Statements

Self-Esteem – Sample Belief Statements

* I forgive myself and all imperfect acts and thoughts, past, present and future.
* I love myself unconditionally.
* I love all aspects of my mind.
* I love all parts of my body.
* I accept my imperfections as opportunities to learn valuable lessons in my life.

Spirituality – Sample Belief Statements

* I know who I am in the presence of Divinity.
* I am a necessary part of the Divine plan.
* My body is a temple of God 
* My Higher Self loves me.
* Every one of my experiences brings me closer to God.
* My life is a perfect demonstration of the principle of Divine Love.

Grief/Loss – Sample Belief Statements

* I release the painful past and I eagerly look forward to the good that awaits me now.
* I release my previous expectations and allow a benevolent universe to support me.
* I have faith that I am being guided to my next step.
* Although I grieve for what I lost, I know that a greater good will follow.
* A new door in my life stands open before me.
