Your life is a reflection of your beliefs. This statement is based on the science of quantum physics, as well as spiritual and metaphysical concepts.

These beliefs – usually subconscious – are the cumulative effect of life-long programming. As a result, we sometimes think and behave in self-defeating ways because the subconscious mind acts as a saboteur to the conscious mind. PSYCH-K™  processes provide a user-friendly way to reprogram your subconscious  mind by changing the beliefs that sabotage you into beliefs that support you...quickly and easily.

Changing subconscious beliefs that may be sabotaging well intentioned actions is similar to reprogramming a personal computer. Using PSYCH-K™ techniques, creates a kind of "mental keyboard" to your own brain, you can increase "cross talk" between the two brain hemispheres, thereby achieving a more "whole-brained" state, which is ideal for changing subconscious beliefs. In addition, when right and left hemispheres of the brain are in simultaneous communication, the qualities and characteristics of both hemispheres are available to maximize your "full response potential" to life's challenges. "When you rewrite the 'software' of your mind, you change the 'printout' of your life." Robert M. Williams, M.A. the originator of PSYCH-K™

Muscle testing is used to establish a convenient communication system with the subconscious mind, and when used properly, can be an accurate detector of subconscious truths. Because the subconscious mind controls motor functions in the body, such as muscle movement, we can use this "built in" biofeedback mechanism to find out when the subconscious agrees or disagrees with a given statement.

It is a safe, non-invasive, and effective way to change outdated perceptions and beliefs. The client is always in control and determines what beliefs they wish to convert to be positive and life enhancing. The inner wisdom and Higher Self of the client is the ultimate authority in all of the PSYCH-K™ sessions.

Disclaimer: A PSYCH-K™ Facilitator and/or the PSYCH-K™ process does not diagnose medical problems, nor does PSYCH-K™ replace the need for medical attention or substitute for professional mental health care.
